We collect contact information (name, company, email, phone) when you complete quotation forms, register on the support portal, or request technical information. We also record browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration, using our own and third-party analytical cookies (Google Analytics). In support forms, we store the incident history and network configurations you voluntarily share.
Your data is processed to: (a) respond to quote requests and technical inquiries, (b) manage your account on the engineers' portal, (c) send operational communications about network updates or scheduled maintenance, and (d) improve our services through usage analysis. The legal basis is explicit consent (Art. 5 Law 25.326) and the execution of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship with your organization. We do not use data for unsolicited commercial profiles.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) by sending an email to info@hy-gi.com or a letter to Diego Alejandro 79040, Argentina. You may also request data portability or withdraw your consent at any time. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 10 business days.
