Purpose of the Service
Hy-gi provides hybrid connectivity solutions (fiber optics and wireless systems) for industrial parks and corporate environments. The service includes network topology design, supply of enterprise routers, and access to the support portal for systems engineers. Consulting services and maintenance of third-party equipment are not included.
2
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide truthful information about the existing infrastructure and bandwidth requirements. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the support portal access credentials and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use. Any unauthorized modification of the supplied equipment releases Hy-gi from liability regarding network performance.
3
Limitation of Liability
Hy-gi shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including power outages, third-party network failures, or natural disasters. Hy-gi's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the value of the contracted service during the six months prior to the incident.
4
Intellectual Property
All content on the support portal, including topology diagrams, technical specifications, and diagnostic scripts, is the exclusive property of Hy-gi. The client receives a non-transferable use license for their internal operations. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the material without express written authorization is prohibited.
5
Term and Termination
The service contract has an initial term of 12 months, automatically renewable for equal periods. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior written notice. In the event of a material breach of obligations, the affected party may terminate the contract immediately.
6
Modifications and Contact
Hy-gi reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 days' notice, communicated through the support portal. For legal inquiries or formal notifications, please contact: Diego Alejandro 79040, or email info@hy-gi.com. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
