Starter Service Kit

The Hy-gi Starter Service Kit is the entry point for companies that need a corporate network infrastructure without compromising technical capacity. It includes an enterprise router with support for fiber optics and a wireless backup link, a manageable 8-port PoE+ switch, and basic structured cabling to connect up to six access points in an industrial warehouse.

This kit is designed for industrial parks where bandwidth demand grows with operations. The router balances traffic between fiber and the 5G link, maintaining connectivity even if one of the routes fails. The switch allows segmenting the network into VLANs to separate production equipment, security systems, and administrative networks.

The initial installation includes remote configuration of the equipment by the Hy-gi team, with an estimated startup time of four hours. No on-site technical personnel are required during the process. After activation, the kit is monitored from the support portal, where the systems engineer can review the status of the links, bandwidth consumption, and disconnection alarms.

The Starter Service Kit is available for companies that already have a fiber optic contract in the industrial park. Hy-gi does not provide the fiber service, but rather the equipment and configuration to integrate it with the existing network. The hardware warranty is 12 months, with replacement within 48 business hours in case of failure.

To request the kit, the client must send a floor plan of the warehouse or depot where it will be installed, indicating the location of the network points and the distance to the communications cabinet. With that information, Hy-gi prepares a topology diagram and confirms compatibility with the assigned router. The equipment delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
